DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

All standard delivery items are sent Royal Mail Second Class 3-5 days.

Express shipping when available Royal Mail 24 and reduces production time to 1-3 days.

Please be aware of delays at peak times.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

Postage cost varies by size of item as well as standard and express delivery.  

Standard Delivery - £3.95

Express Delivery - £5.95

All orders over £50 qualify for free standard postage.

RETURNS

I gladly accept returns. Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Post items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

CONDITIONS OF RETURN 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

My item is damaged

We pride ourselves on our packaging and as a result our breakage rete is very low. If your item has been damaged in transit please contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement ASAP.
